HR Executive (Payroll) (Male)
(A) JOB PURPOSE
*
To assist HR Manager in implementing Payroll Procedures, Income Tax Calculation and managing and controlling day to day administration and operation of Payroll Specialist activities in order to ensure that the project will run smoothly and in timely manner.
(B) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
*
Conducting Payroll Processes and Income Tax calculation in monthly basis with zero error
*
Preparing cost allocation in monthly basis
*
Managing and controlling Medical Reimbursement usage
*
Managing and controlling Inpatient Medical process, including also controlling the claim processes
*
Creating and implementing an effective HR system regarding Payroll processes
*
Managing and controlling day to day administration and operation of Payroll activities
*
Any other task as assigned by Superior
(C) GENERAL REQUIREMENT
Qualification
*
Male, age 30-37 years old
*
Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), preferably from Accounting/Management or equivalent
*
Preferably has working experience in Telecommunication Industry
*
Well organized, independent, trustworthy, analytical, time management and administrative skills
*
Have excellent computer skills (MS. Office)
*
Having good interpersonal and communication skill
*
Good English proficiency
Experience
*
At least 3 years experience in HR/Payroll
